Terms & Conditions
Last updated: To be set on publication
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. Please read them before buying. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to what follows.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Prachee Gupta (Quiet Authority), trading as Prachee Gupta ("we", "us"). You can reach us at care@quietauthority.in or +91 99024 21954.
What we sell here
This site offers two distinct things. The first is a digital book, delivered as a PDF download immediately after payment. The second is professional training and coaching services, which are not sold through this website — enquiries made here lead to a conversation, and any engagement is agreed separately in writing.
Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of a job or placement outcome, or a promise of any particular commercial result.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
- Your order is complete only once payment is confirmed by Razorpay. Until then no contract exists between us.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud or abuse.
- If a payment is taken but you do not receive your download, contact us and we will either deliver the file or refund you in full.
Delivery of digital products
After a successful payment you are taken to a confirmation page carrying a secure download link. That link is time-limited and expires 24 hours after purchase.
If your link expires, fails, or you lose it, contact us and we will send the file to you directly. You will not be charged again.
Refunds and cancellations
The book is a digital product delivered instantly. Once it has been delivered to you, it is not refundable. Please read the description and sample material before buying.
Where something goes wrong on our side, you are covered. If a technical fault means you are charged but the book is not delivered, or the file you receive is corrupted or unreadable, we will refund you in full. Contact us and we will resolve it within 7 working days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money may take a few additional days to appear.
Nothing in this section affects rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.
How you may use the book
Buying the book gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and to keep one copy for your own use. It does not transfer ownership of the work.
- You may not resell, redistribute, upload or share the file publicly.
- You may not reproduce substantial parts of it in your own materials without written permission.
- You may not use it to deliver training to others commercially without a separate licence — talk to us if you want to, since that is something we can arrange.
- Short quotations for review, study or commentary, with attribution, are fine.
Our content
All text, images, frameworks and methods on this site — including the named methods and tools described in the training pages — remain our intellectual property. You are welcome to read, link to and share the pages themselves. You may not copy the content into your own commercial materials without permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, or to access paid material you have not bought.
- Do not probe, scan or attempt to breach the site's security.
- Do not submit false details, or use another person's payment method without their authority.
- Do not use the contact forms to send unsolicited marketing.
Limits on our liability
The book and the site are provided in good faith and for general professional development. They are not a substitute for individual professional, legal, medical or psychological advice, and outcomes depend on your own circumstances and effort.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. Where the site links out to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
